Thank you for submitting your Car Finance/PCP Claim.
To ensure a smooth process, here is what happens next:
Case Review: Our team will review your claim in detail to ensure we have all the documentation we need to request information from your lender. For some lenders (but not all), we may require proof of identification before we can continue. A separate email will be sent to request this information.
Commission Request: Once everything is in order, we will submit a request to your lenders to determine whether any commissions were involved in obtaining your car finance agreement.
Ongoing Updates: We will inform you via email about the progress of your claim and any updates you need. There is a delay in receiving responses as the Financial Conduct Authority has allowed lenders to delay responses until at least December 2025.
