1. Locating Your Lenders

We will complete a soft credit search to locate your lenders, this will help us to confirm the lenders you have provided and find any additional you may have missed.

2. Commission Check

Once your lenders are identified, we will check whether any hidden or undisclosed commission was included in your finance agreement. If commission is found, we will submit a complaint on your behalf.

3. Ongoing Updates

We will keep you updated throughout the process. The FCA is expected to release further guidance later in the year, and we will share updates with you as soon as they are available.

4. How We Will Contact You

We will keep in touch via SMS, phone, and email regarding your claim. If at any point you do not wish to be contacted through any of these channels, please contact us at admin@ehreclaim.co.uk

While we aim to recover mis-sold car finance, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your claim or any compensation.

Cooling-Off Period
You have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel your claim by contacting us.

Fees
Our service is No Win, No Fee. Any applicable fees are fully outlined in the Terms of Business. Submitting a claim does not guarantee compensation.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Checks
As part of our legal and regulatory obligations, we will carry out an electronic anti-money laundering (AML) check. If this check is unsuccessful, we may need to ask you to provide proof of identity and address before we can continue to act on your behalf.

Final Step
By signing the Letter of Authority, you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Business and instruct us to act on your behalf.
